Our offerings are rooted in spiritual and Vedic traditions and are often custom-prepared immediately after confirmation. As a result, we do not offer refunds for the services or digital materials once the work has begun or the content has been delivered.
Please read this policy carefully before making a booking or digital purchase.
We Do Not Offer Refunds For:
- Booked Puja or Karmakand services
- Kundali consultations
- Custom Panchang preparation
- Any digital downloads, including but not limited to:
- Panchang PDFs
- Karmakand-related book PDFs
- Any religious or spiritual PDFs
- Astrological reports or charts
- Audio content or guidance recordings
These are personalized, instantly delivered, and spiritually prepared materials, and therefore non-returnable and non-refundable.
Possible Exceptions
Refunds will only be considered under the following rare conditions:
- Duplicate payment made for the same service
- Cancellation request made within 1 hour of payment and before service begins

Late or Missing Refunds
If you believe a refund has been approved but not received:
- Recheck your bank or UPI account.
- Contact your credit/debit card provider.
- Contact your bank, as some refunds take time to reflect.
- If all steps fail, email us at contact@sandeepshastri.com.
Service Changes or Rescheduling
While refunds are limited, we may allow rescheduling of puja or consultation timings, based on availability. Please contact us at least 24 hours in advance.
